C.O.M.M.O.N. Creed is a small church ministry of Church of The Saviour for single's in their 30's and 40's. Our weekly service is on Sundays at 6:00 pm in the Great Room (651 N. Wayne Ave).. Whether you are a spiritual seeker or just starting to ask questions about God or a committed Christian wanting to deepen your faith, C.O.M.M.O.N. Creed is a place you can call home. People from all backgrounds have come here and found spiritual help, hope, and encouragement. |

We also have dynamic speakers giving insight into the life issues through the study of God's story. Come and hear how God is writing his story through the lives of his people and yours. We ask you to take the 6.5 challenge. It takes 6 weeks to get connected and fully understand the Creed community. We often here people say that it seems hard to get connected. We want you to give us 6 weeks and take 5 steps to get connected.
5 ways to get connected
1. Yahoo or Google groups email-Sign up for our email list so you can be updated on events and Prayer request. I personally forget to check the Yahoo or Google groups to see what is happening and get last minute changes sent right to your email inbox. Remember to read all the option at the Groups page so you can receive emails in the format that is best for you.
2. Web site-Check out everything on our website we are constantly updating it to help you in your journey to true community and spiritual formation. We have covered many topics since December 2000 and most likely you have come here to ask the same questions we have covered. We are in the process of loading all our talks on to the web site so you can get up to speed on what we have done.
The Creed community is so stretched out over this region and it is so hard to stay connected because our events are so spread out over the year that we thought it would be easier to not loose touch with you and help folks get some connections during the week. So sign up for our Facebook page.
3. Events-are the place to bring your friends and introduce them to the C.O.M.M.O.N. Creed community. Your goal should be to make sure your guest have the best time of their lives. If you come just to find your future spouse you will leave disappointed more often than not.
4. Discover your ministry shape and start serving. Take the online personal assessment and find out how God has wired you and contact a leader of one of the teams and start serving. In sports I have always had more fun and grew deeper connection with people while on the team vs. the time I sat in the stands and played arm chair quarterback. God has given you special gifts and abilities that are unique yours. Click on the E-Church link and create a Profile.
5. Join a Life Group-This is the heart of getting connected. This is the place to drive your relationships deeper than they can anywhere else. At C.O.M.M.O.N. Creed we place all the weight of connection and spiritual formation in our life groups.
